Reformer Pilates is incredibly popular.

But it’s not always the best place to start.

Tight back? Save this routine ✨

These exercises help release tension, improve posture, and restore mobility when your back feels stiff or tight:

• Kneeling cat stretch on the Pilates tower — 10 reps x 2 sets
• Mermaid & back stretch on the Pilates tower — 10 reps x 2 sets
• Plank, downward dog, child’s pose & cobra on the vibration plate — 5 reps x 3 sets
• Dumb waiter — 10 reps x 2 sets
• Wall angels — 10 reps x 2 sets
