The aim of this scheme is to give medical students with an interest in psychiatry an early exposure to this speciality 🏥. Help and guidance can range from planning SSCs, shadowing opportunities 🩺, research projects ✍️ or having regular meetups to learn how to build your portfolio. This year has been a hard and scary place for everyone, many of us have been in isolation or practising social distancing. Perhaps even neglecting our own mental health.

QM has launched a “Be Kind to Your Mind” campaign and PsychSoc is all for it! This guide includes many tips to keep active and connected as well as many suggestions on how to put yourself first especially in these tough times.
