They say Blue Monday. I say non bleu, mon’: because Mondays don’t own my mood.

Blue Monday, January 19, often called the most difficult day of the year. The post-holiday comedown, the weight of winter, resolutions already feeling far away. Happy 2026 💫✨

From: the 15th January I will be out of the treatment room and into recovery from surgery ❤️‍🩹

All my usual skincare and wellness retail platforms; Get Harley, Weleda and Neals Yard Remedies Organic are still available to you.

I aim to be back for Online Consultations from the 26th January through my online webchat 💬 and back in treatments week commencing 9th February.

What better way to embrace Dry January than to focus on my health and wellness 💛

Thank You so so much for your well wishes and support, I really do have such a wonderful community surrounding me and the best friends and family lifting me up everyday 🤗
