We see a lot of people with a wide variety of aches and pains. Since 1991, we've been one of the leading physiotherapy networks in London. Today, we've a brilliant team of highly qualified, hugely experienced physios working out of six clinics with great facilities stretching from The City to the West End. So what makes us at DJN Physios different? Our attitude, that's what. We say play sport, be active, have fun. Just listen to your body. If it says ouch, ooh, that's not good for you, come and see us. We regularly fix patients and get them back on their feet and playing their sport in less than five sessions. Services

Tight shoulder, chest or bicep from being slumped at your desk for too long?

Try this stretch. Place your palm upside down, as flat as you can against a wall and turn your head in the opposite direction. Place the same side foot behind the opposite foot and give an anterior twist to the hips. Hold the stretch for 10 seconds for 5 repetitions.

Try this ankle rehabilitation/Warm up of the ankle. Great for any gym sessions pre ski season.
Push off from ankle that needs strengthening and hold the opposing leg in a 45 degree angle for 5 seconds. 1 set x 5 reps per day. Drop us a message if you have any questions.

Thanks to leading Consultant Knee Surgeons, Mr David Houlihan-Burne and Mr Henry Bourke for sharing the latest developments in Knee Replacement Surgery using state of the art technology. This included a demonstration of the Mako Robot which they use most of their surgeries. Our physios also had an opportunity to experience a simulation of this.
