If you’re over 30 longevity training is the biggest bang for your buck. You’re already losing speed, power and muscle mass unless you’re training not to.

The reason people compare fitness to finances is many. But the most obvious one is because both fitness and finances reap rewards when you play the long game, either that or you risk a lot over reward.

You can look very good whilst training for longevity.

Keeping aesthetics at the forefront for too long can impact the way you move and feel long term, flip the switch and you can have it all 🤷‍♀️

It’s never too late to start, but there’s no point in waiting either. Year by year we lose access to our athleticism, so what are you waiting for?

Coaches get divided into camps these days, weight loss coaches and coaches who don’t talk about weight loss (moi)

But that doesn’t mean you’re not allowed to have pride in your appearance.

Take that gym selfie, and enjoy the body that shows up for you every day. Self love is a radical and powerful place to be ✌️
