💫 Working with very sensitive skin this week.

🌱. I have used German Chamomile hydrosol on the skin as a spritzer to cool and calm inflammation.

🌻Then I made a soothing balm with calendula infused sunflower oil, tamanu oil, organic rosehip oil, squalane, vitamin E oil and chamomile CO3 extract.
All gentle, yet powerful plant extracts.

🐝 Beeswax was added to give the balm some texture.

💫 Checking out the bone structure of the face at the start of our workshop.

💫 We started with some facial exercises to warm up the face before applying Dee’s Organic’s Facial Elixir

💫 We worked with several Gua Sha tools, using the mushrooms for deeper work along the jawline and neck area.

💫 We tried the textured rollers - these can help with the pe*******on of serums and roll out facial tension at the same time.

💫 Follow-up notes were send and videos to recap the class.

Thank you Ireland. I had an amazing time, as usual.

It is such a privilege to come and work in Galway and meet so many beautiful people, again and again. And to reconnect with London clients who left me to return to this beautiful country.

It was so nice to meet the lovely ladies who travelled from Connemara for my Gua Sha Workshop. - we all left with an extra glow! More on that later.

❤️ Self love for my skin on Valentines weekend!

❤️ Sunday morning is when I give myself one hour of facial self care.

❤️ I always start with spending 15 minutes primarily focused on my neck area. The brushes are ergonomically designed to work with the lymphatic system, encouraging movement and flow, shifting toxins and excess fluid from the face into the lymphatic system.

❤️ Then I use Blue Tansy Bakuchiol booster to nourish my skin, massaging and using the Gua Sha tools to lift and sculpt.

❤️ While all this is happening, my parasympathetic nervous system has been boosted, slowing my heart rate, breathing and blood pressure- leaving me in a calm and relaxed state for the rest of the day.
