Most people don’t realise this self-sabotage doesn’t always look obvious, it sounds like urgency. It feels like you need to say something now, amend something now, react now 😬

But when anxiety is driving you, you’re not responding, you’re reacting. And what you say in that moment often comes from fear, not clarity 🤯

Then late when you’re calm, you see it differently. You think differently. You feel differently 💭

And that’s when regret can creep in.

So next time you feel that urgency, pause. Give yourself space. Let your body settle before your words take over 🤍

Because clarity builds… anxiety reacts. If you want to learn more ways to manage anxiety my book FIX ME can be found in the link in my bio. 👆🏽

✨ The power of awareness over force
✨ What actually creates real, lasting change

This isn’t about motivation. It’s about understanding.

Anxiety attack? Do this. Watch the full video on my You Tube channel.

In that moment, it feels intense… your heart is racing, your breathing changes, your mind starts spiralling. And the first instinct is to panic about the panic 😬

But here’s what most people don’t realise… anxiety doesn’t calm down by thinking your way out of it. It calms when your body feels safe again.✨️

So instead of fighting it, pause.✨️

Slow your breathing. Ground yourself in the present.
Remind yourself: this is uncomfortable, but it’s not dangerous.✨️

The more you resist it, the louder it gets. The more you allow it, the quicker it passes.✨️

You’re not losing control… your body is trying to protect you 💕

Most people don’t realise this, your anxiety in relationships isn’t coming from what was said, it’s coming from what you think it meant 🤯

You start to assume.

Your mind tries to fill in the gaps, create certainty, and protect you from getting hurt, but instead, it pulls you deeper into overthinking, doubt, and emotional reaction 🤔

What you don’t check, you begin to believe and what you believe, you start to feel 💭

And that feeling becomes your reality, even when it isn’t true 😬

So before you react, pause.

Not every thought is truth, and not every silence has meaning. Slow your mind down, and you’ll begin to see things more clearly 🤍

NEW EPISODE LIVE 🎙️

This week on , I’m joined by , also known as 'The Cleaner', a man who is not new to this space and has spent decades working behind the scenes with individuals and families affected by gambling.✨️

This is a powerful and eye-opening conversation about what really happens beneath the surface of gambling. The patterns, the emotional drivers, the secrecy, and the impact it has not just on the individual, but on everyone around them.✨️

Howard shares real insight into why people get stuck, why it’s so difficult to stop even when the consequences are clear, and what actually begins to shift when someone is ready to break the cycle.✨️

This is not just about behaviour, it’s about understanding what’s underneath it.✨️

If you or someone you know has ever struggled in silence, this conversation matters.✨️

🚨 My YouTube Anxiety series is out now, please check out the full video, the link is in my bio 🔗

In this video, we’re talking about something many people experience but don’t always understand.

This is why anxiety can spike after a disagreement with your partner.

If you’ve ever had an argument and then found yourself overthinking everything that was said, replaying it, questioning how they feel about you, or feeling unsettled even after it’s over, this isn’t random. It’s often your system responding to a sense of disconnection, not just the disagreement itself.

In this video, I break down why this happens in a simple, relatable way, and more importantly, how to stop the spiral. I share practical ways to calm your system, step out of overthinking, and approach communication from a more grounded place.

This is about understanding what’s going on beneath the surface, so you can respond differently and feel more secure, both within yourself and in your relationship 🤍

You think you’re overthinking the argument, but you’re not 🤯

You’re trying to feel safe again, because it wasn’t just what was said, it’s what it meant to you, the tone, the shift, the uncertainty, and your mind steps in trying to mend the hurt, replay it, understand it, but the more you think, the worse you feel, because anxiety doesn’t calm down through thinking, it settles when your body feels safe 🧠💛

So here’s the thing that changes it, stop chasing answers in your head and start calming your system, pause, breathe, step back, let your body settle before you react, because not every feeling needs an immediate response and not every silence means something is wrong 🌿

You don’t need to solve everything in the moment, you need to steady yourself first, that’s how you stop the spiral, that’s how you respond instead of react, save this for the next time your mind won’t switch off 📌

And share it with someone who needs this reminder 🤍

NEW EPISODE LIVE 🎙️✨

This week on , I’m joined by the wonderful Rebeća Lewis for a conversation that truly reflects what I believe to be at the heart of everything, clarity, emotional awareness, and learning how to move through life without losing yourself in the process.✨️

Society constantly keeps pushing us to do more, be more, and keep going, Rebeća brings us back to something much more grounded. We explore what it really means to slow down, to recognise the patterns we’ve been living in, and to begin responding from a place of steadiness rather than pressure.✨️

This is a conversation about self-trust. About understanding what’s happening beneath the surface. And about finding alignment in a way that feels real, not forced.✨️

If you’ve ever felt capable on the outside but unsettled within, this episode will resonate deeply.

Most people try to think their way out of anxiety and that’s exactly why they stay stuck 🤯

Because anxiety isn’t just in your mind, it lives in your body. That tight chest, the racing heart, the shallow breathing… that’s your nervous system trying to protect you 🚨

And no amount of overthinking will switch that off.
Here’s the shift ✨

Stop trying to control your thoughts so much and start calming your body. When you slow your breathing, soften your body, and bring yourself back into the present moment, you send a powerful message to your system…

I’m safe 🧠💛

And that’s where real calm begins.

You don’t need to fight anxiety. You need to understand it and work with it 🌿

Save this for when you need it. To learn more order my book Fix Me. The link is in my bio. 👆🏽

NEW EPISODE LIVE 🌸

This week on , I’m joined by the incredible Andra Iuliana Stanoiu for a Mother’s Day special, a deeply honest and meaningful conversation about motherhood, identity, and navigating life as everything begins to shift.✨️

Andra, the founder of The Healthy Debate Show, returns in a completely new chapter, reflecting on what it really feels like to become a mother, the emotional and practical realities of balancing career and family, and how such a profound experience reshapes the way you see yourself and the world around you.✨️

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about real moments, real adjustments, and the quiet strength it takes to hold both responsibility and love at the same time.✨️

If you’ve ever felt stretched between who you are, what you do, and who you’re becoming, this conversation will resonate deeply.✨️
