Hello good people and friends.
With seemingly never-ending uncertainties around every corner I have decided to offer my community a weekly zoom yoga class!
I felt this would be a lovely way to connect with new and old friends who may want to join me. My style and approach would be great for beginners and also more seasoned yogi’s looking for a more devotional, playful and creative Hatha Flow class. That is not to say that the classes won’t be challenging they will be but there will be options and levels to the asana’s so you can work at your own pace.
If you are interested in joining me please could you comment below and what day you could make, so I can get an idea about numbers.

I have just recently embarked on a course with Nubia Teixeira. Her practice is truly beautiful and blends so perfectly the art of mudras and asana’s with her strong background in Indian classical dance Nubia takes you on a graceful journey, telling you stories as you go. Postures take on new and deeper meanings.
I am thrilled to be doing this and cannot wait to being these wonderful and teachings into my class sessions and one to one offerings x
