Using Yoga Along Side Cancer Treatment

Hope is not a plan. Yoga can be. From personal experience, I have gained much knowledge on how yoga can complement cancer-fighting medical treatment to help heal the body, mind, and spirit in the midst of the cancer battle. Research studies have proven that yoga can combat fatigue, improve strength and range of motion for patients undergoing cancer treatment, while offering a long term well-being activity to improve quality of life

Key Benefits: speed recovery or defend against cancer reoccurrence.
Each session will:
* build strength and flexibility
* strengthen the immune system and the lymphatic function
* reduce cancer related fatigue
* improve sleep and reduce anxiety
* increase bone density
