The Lets Embrace Race affirmation cards. The cards consist of 49 affirmations designed to encourage users to engage in those tough conversations and to broaden racial understanding.
They are currently being used as a way of bridging the Race conversation in therapy circles and training.

In 2021 I had success in:
Supporting individuals to confidently begin the RACE conversation.
Supporting individuals to engage with my C.A.R.E. method (Compassion, Accountability, Resistance and Empathy)
Supporting individuals who did not know where to begin the conversation, who CARE enough but felt stuck.
Supporting individuals to learn how to compassionately facilitate a workshop on the topic of RACE, to pass onto future generations.
As someone who has both participated in systemic racism and been the recipient of racism, I can’t go into 2022 without sharing my C.A.R.E method.
Many individuals have been socialised not to talk about RACE, as conversations can be emotionally complex.
