Daisy is a fully qualified in Vinyasa flow yoga teacher at an advanced level and registered with the Yoga alliance. She is currently running a weekly group class at 37 Coate Studios in Hackney every Thursday at 7pm but focuses on private clients full time, able to visit anywhere in London. She has clients of all ages and abilities and is happy to cater to your specific needs. Daisy has been practising yoga for 12 years and concentrates on teaching you how to breathe and hold the positions properly as well as increasing strength, flexibility and tranquillity,
