After another really really vile message this evening I feel I need to explain this again ...
“Why can’t all readings be same-day??"

First of all, I completely understand why people ask.
When you’re feeling anxious, stuck, emotional, overwhelmed, or you’re at a turning point and you just want clarity, it’s natural to want your guidance immediately. So please know I’m never judging that, and I’m never dismissing it — I truly get it.
I offer my readings at a special discounted price because I genuinely understand that times can be tough and money can feel tight. I never want guidance to feel like a luxury that only a few people can afford, or something that feels out of reach when you’re already carrying a lot. I keep my prices as affordable as possible because I want as many people as possible to be able to access the insight, reassurance, and direction they’re looking for. To me, guidance should feel supportive and accessible — not exclusive.
However, the compromise with discounted / special offer readings is timing.
When I run an offer, the volume of bookings increases hugely. And while I absolutely love being able to support so many of you, it becomes physically and humanly impossible for me to deliver every single reading on the same day — especially because every reading is completed by me personally, start to finish, with the time and energy it truly deserves. I don’t outsource. I don’t rush. I don’t “skim” your energy. I don’t copy and paste. I sit with each person’s energy, tune in properly, and take the time to deliver a reading that feels meaningful, detailed, and aligned. That is exactly why offer readings can take a little longer to come through — it isn’t a lack of care, it’s the opposite. It’s because I care enough to do it properly.
I also want to make this very clear, because it matters: every single reading gets the same energy and the same attention from me, regardless of whether it’s booked through an offer, booked at standard price, or booked as a Fast Track. Nobody gets a “lesser” reading. Nobody gets rushed through. Nobody is treated as less important. The difference between services is turnaround time — not quality, not depth, not effort, not intention.
At the same time, I completely understand that some clients need guidance urgently. There are moments in life when you need something more imminent — you might be facing a decision, waiting on an answer, feeling emotionally raw, or you just need grounding and reassurance quickly. That’s why I offer a Fast Track / Same-Day option for those who need something more immediate. The compromise there is price — and that’s simply how I balance it fairly. It allows me to prioritise urgent requests when needed, while still keeping standard and offer readings affordable and available to everyone. It’s the only way I can meet the needs of different clients without burning myself out or sacrificing the quality of the work.
I also want to reassure you of something else that often gets misunderstood: Fast Track / Same-Day services and special offers do not delay other readings or impact other services.
I work on a strict schedule in my diary, with allocated time and energy for different types of readings at different points in the day. I can’t do one type of reading all day long — it’s incredibly draining energetically, and it can affect the quality of what I’m delivering. The same way any job becomes exhausting if you’re doing the exact same task repeatedly for hours, readings require focus, emotional presence, and energetic clarity. By allocating set times for different services, I can keep my energy balanced, stay grounded, protect my wellbeing, and show up fully for each of you. This is how I’m able to consistently deliver the best quality readings, with the clearest connection, while also maintaining a healthy balance behind the scenes.
So if you’ve booked through an offer and your reading isn’t same-day, please know it’s not because you’re being pushed aside — it’s simply because of the volume that comes with discounted pricing, and because I refuse to compromise the standard of my work by rushing through people. Your reading will come through within the stated timeframe, and when it does, it will be delivered with the same care, intention, and detail as every other reading I do.
