There are 4 types of hunger I coach my clients to recognise:
1. Low Calories: slow, dull, all-food hunger.
2. Low Volume: you feel “empty” and want that full stomach feeling.
3. Taste Hunger: a craving for a specific flavour (usually triggered).
4. Emotional Hunger: fast, intense, and usually paired with distraction.
