Its the 1st December, decorations go up on the Christmas 🎄 tree. There’s advent calenders, mulled wine, tins of quality street!?! Temptation will be everywhere!

Its all about choice power! 💪🏾💪🏾Either choosing to say “no thank you” and staying in control or counting them within your syns if you choose to have them 🙂

If you've got parties 🎉 🥳🎉etc then we've got flexible syns which we talk about in group.

Who'd still love to lose weight in december???? ME:-) 🙋🏾‍♀️ 21 meals in a week, 1 meal out doesn't = a bad week. The only thing that can stop us is ourselves - especially with the group’s help!

Dig deep I KNOW THAT YOU CAN DO IT!♥️♥️♥️
