By emphasizing a body-mind approach to living the institute aims to enable people to move beyond personal limitations and experience greater health, vitality, creativity and joy in living.

Welcoming 2026✨

As we step into this new cycle, the year of the Fire Horse, we wish you a happy and healthy 2026.

We look back on a rich and interesting year, one that brought the birth of a new Foundation course, a pilgrimage to Mexico, and two cycles of iEvolve – The Opening! Alongside online Cooking and Tensegrity workshops.

Embracing what has been, we now look ahead to what is coming for us in 2026.

The Fire Horse Invites us to be bold and ambitious and to take on opportunities.
On that note, we would love to welcome you to one of our programmes, and we invite you to share this work with anyone who may feel called to it.

Our Journey to Mexico 🇲🇽

Together with Guilhem Morera (Jim Morris), we have been experiencing our first days in this land of the Heart, the land which is the cradle for one of our pillars: the Magical Passes.

In the footsteps of this lineage, we have walked through the vibrant city of Mexico City and explored the Archaeology Museum, where we were overwhelmed by the richness of all the different cultures and ancient history of this land.

In the Cacahuamilpa caves, we walked among creatures, gods, and formations that exist naturally 400 meters below the surface.
To balance our journey in the underworld, we visited the beautiful site of Xochicalco on top of a mountain, overlooking the land of Mexico as the sun set.
