This is what a magical menarche period preparation workshop looks like and it’s happening this wkend! I have extended the earlybird offer so there are 3 spaces up for grabs!

It is aimed at girls aged between 9 and 12 years to introduce them to the magic of the menstrual cycle in a fun, engaging and creative way and help them to find their inner magic before the world starts telling them how it should be! I feel so strongly that this is vital information to pass on to our daughters to support them to live the cyclical life they were designed to live. This workshop has the potential to empower your daughter beyond belief and this is what the world needs right now. Strong, empowered girls and women who are in tune with their cycling bodies.
The workshop is delivered on two dates:
1: Session for mothers/carers (2 hrs) 16th March 7-9pm
Prior to the afternoon workshop, this is for mothers to find out more and check in with what you’d like for your daughter/special girl, both in the workshop and as she matures. I provide space for you to reflect on how things are going for your daughter, and look back on your own experience of puberty, including who or what inspired you. We also create a magical menarche box of goodies for your daughter.
2: Afternoon for mothers and daughters (2 hrs) 22nd March 1-3pm
A beautiful afternoon of bonding with creative activities to learn about the menstrual cycle in a fun and empowering way. We will begin the session with a chocolate meditation to break the ice and discuss how to make the most of changes in energy and mood through the inner seasons of the cycle.
We will share women’s stories, so girls can hear about inspiring women you’ve known, the variety in different women’s experiences and the common thread of living with a menstrual cycle as a normal and natural part of life. After several delightful affirming and bonding activities including flower crown making, we finish with a simple ceremony to wish girls well on their journey to maturity.
