Little update ahead of new website launch 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
Since 2008 I have been a gym instructor, taught boxercise, ETM classes, body conditioning, LBT and circuit classes for the general public and Special Populations at Community Centres, Gyms and for School Teachers.
Additionally, involved in Coaching a broad spectrum of EYFS, Junior- Senior School Sport, (Gymnastics, Rollerskating Tennis, Badminton, Football while delivering Social, Community & University Netball Team training/umpiring at varying levels.
My love and passion led me to MDX Uni 2011 to embark on a Bsc Sp& Ex completing with 1st class hons.
I still have the joy of teaching in Junior and Secondary schools providing full curriculum day cover in Physical Education Department(s)
Naturally, working in sport interests evolve and bespoke & personalised 1:1 /group training became more the focus, enhancing sport specificity & injury prevention.
And so... For the LOVE of CPD ..... I am constantly updating my skill set..
In 2019, I completed a Diploma and became a Teacher of Pilates and more recently have attained L3 Sports Massage and L1 Gait Analysis, these have added depth to the way I see and work with each individual client.
I pride myself on applying useful techniques specific to personal lifestyle, mobility, strength and fitness levels. So, whether you wish to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and coordination, gain muscle, speed, agility and balance, recover from injury or just want to use exercise to achieve a more physically and mentally balanced lifestyle -
I work across the board, so everyday is fresh and ‘positively’ challenging.
Offering realistic step-by-step approaches that allow, joint mobility, spinal articulation and postural alignment balance and coordination to develop.
