A space where I aim to share my journey with you and the benefits of incorporating yoga in your life for a holistic wellness where soul, mind and body are in union and balance. 💫

Join me for studio lessons, online and private practice as we explore the possibilities of Yoga and discover its benefits, from dealing with stress and anxiety, improving focus, strengthening the body and correcting posture, increasing flexibility and balance and much much more!

The studio lessons take place in west London every Monday at 18. And they include pranayama (breathing exercise) , asanas (body postures) and relaxation (guided meditation)
