The first Urban Sauna & Cold Plunge wellness experience outside of London is popping up at Yoga Collective this March 💫

In a world that keeps us constantly switched on - emails, screens, responsibilities, noise - most of us rarely give our bodies the chance to fully reset.

This 90-minute Sauna & Plunge Reset is your invitation to slow down on Saturday 21 & Sunday 22 March.
