Before & after? That’s just the surface.
The real story is everything you don’t see in the photos.
There was a time I felt completely burnt out—mentally drained, physically weak, and lost in a routine that didn’t serve me anymore.
I kept pushing, pretending I was fine
 until I wasn’t.
What changed?
I stopped waiting for the “right time.”
I walked away from what was breaking me.
I chose to rebuild—slowly, intentionally, and on my own terms.
The muscle, the strength, the transformation
