I’ll be briefly explaining the Conscious Connected Breathing Techinique for those of you who have not yet experienced this as I will be putting the last 2 zoom replay sessions into the group for access at your leisure and also the Spotify play list.

I have been travelling from abroad last few days and changes in travel restrictions meant I had to spend precious time to prepare for my return to the UK

Now I’m back from Monday I will be active in the group more for the final few weeks of our quest, plenty of time to create and plan our final virtual exhibition.
