The sun’s out, it’s and … so what better time to share this little reminder ☀️⬇️

Skin cancer doesn’t discriminate, it can affect everyone 🎗️

At Regents Park Aesthetics, we’re passionate about helping you care for your skin - not just for beauty, but for health.

Prevention is key: Daily SPF, avoiding sunbeds and staying sun-smart are essential in protecting your skin from harmful UV damage ☀️⚡️🚫

But just as important is early detection. Knowing what to look for could save your life 🙏

Here’s the ABCDE of melanoma warning signs to remember:

☀️ A - Asymmetry: one half of the mole doesn’t match the other ☀️ B - Border: edges are irregular, notched, or blurred ☀️ C - Colour: varied shades or multiple colours in one mole ☀️ D - Diameter: larger than 6mm, or growing in size
☀️ E - Evolving: changes in shape or size

Check your skin regularly, protect it daily and never ignore changes. If something doesn’t look or feel right, get it checked 🙏✨
