Mobilisation of any joint in the body can create huge benefits. Bending joints repeatedly and gently can rapidly loosen them, reduce inflammation and reduce pain.
The challenge is that it’s hard to pinpoint exact joints in the spine to stretch. We developed the mobiliser to bypass this problem, by lifting and bending the spine from underneath to create bend and stretch at every and each vertebra.

The Mobiliser for Back Pain;

We have all had those occasions in life where we think we have found a solution to something and it turns out to be a load of old codswallop. Or where we find something that works for others but not for ourselves. We passionately believe this isn’t that. Or at least for the vast majority of people it isn't - but that scepticism about how legit something is, is a completely normal and human response.

13 years of testing, thousands of users, hundreds of thousands of sessions, more than 3 independent studies and an awful lot of painless customers later - we are convinced, even if you aren't yet.

The first step? Try it. In all honesty no one has ever laid on the Mobiliser for the first time and said ‘yep, that's exactly what I thought it would feel like.’ - because it just doesn't feel the way your expect it to. Its better and stranger and stronger.

“But what does it DO?” Well that one is pretty easy to answer. It bands and stretches the spine repeatedly until the spine is bendy and stretched. Of course there are variations and advanced techniques but that's the gist of it.
