MAKE HABITS/ROUTINES EASY WITH SMALL STEPS

We are the sum total of our Habits! But it can sometimes be easy to fall off the wagon than to stick to our own routines

I do get days/times like that....so if you’re getting back into yours after a break, or if you’re overwhelmed and don’t know where to start at all, remember that simple is best and that small steps add up

SHOUT OUT TO THE MIDLIFE WOMEN & MEN CARRYING ALOT! I SEE YOU

Today I want to share something that’s been with me for a while.

So here goes, since late last year I’ve had quite a-lot of personal stuff on my plate which might not be obvious from my posts & activity here as somehow I manage to show up as professionally as possible here and serve our community.

My point is, I’m sure I’m not the only one who is dealing with alot but manages to put their best foot forward on socials.

We hear it all the time, our social media profiles are not the entirety of our lives. Behind closed doors people are dealing with “Stuff”

So if like me, you’re carrying alot but still are able to put your best foot forward & serve others; Know this! I see you, I salute you & be encouraged as I am that as surely as day comes after night! This too shall pass!

Please remember - be kind, reach out if you can, support those in your circle & if you’re going through- ask for help. It’s not weak, it’s being real!

ARE WEIGHT LOSS INJECTIONS AFFECTING YOUR HRT? HERE’S WHAT MIDLIFE WOMEN & CLINICIANS NEED TO KNOW

With more women turning to GLP-1 therapies like semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro) for weight loss or diabetes, it’s crucial we talk about how these medications can affect and interact with HRT, especially during perimenopause and postmenopause.
