We took Act Up Newham to Sadler's Wells Theatre to watch Red Shoes Ballet. The group had the amazing opportunity to learn ballet before the show. We hope you had an unforgettable day out. Thank you for choosing us! 🩰💃

🎉Oh what a night!

To celebrate 30 Years of CTWF, and to thank our staff for their hard work throughout the year, we treated everyone to a meal at Jimmy's at O2 - The waiting staff were fantastic, and our team had a lovely time with drinks and plates flowing all evening.

What a delightful day in Rochester and their fantastic Christmas Market. The Excursion members truly enjoyed browsing the stalls and discovering the charming town. It was a perfect way to spend the day with friends and create lovely memories.
This trip marks the end of our festive excursion season, so we thank everyone who has attended our trips throughout 2025.

✨There is nothing like a Dame!
We hosted a fantastic tour celebrating 's rich performing arts history, visiting famous theatres, old theatre buildings, and landmarks across the borough; brilliantly hosted by Dame Dolly Dimple of Age Exchange.

The day ended with a surprise for the attendees, an opportunity to get involved with fun activities such as sing-alongs and acting exercises.

Remembrance Day is a way to reflect on our lives and the people who made it possible.
We think about all the men who fought on the frontlines, the women who worked in the munitions factories, the animals that were trained and supported the troops on the battlefield, the ordinary people who helped rebuild the country, and all the lives that were lost during the conflicts.
It is never too late to pay respects to them. Lest We Forget.🌹🖤

Pop in, have a look through the trunk, and marvel at the extravagant travel quilt, a bespoke piece of art, in collaboration of hundreds of Newham residents across all ages.

What a beautiful event yesterday at The City Hall for the launch of the Royal Dock Festival. We had a amazing time looking at all of the extraordinary works of art.
Our project, , will be here from Monday 29th of September until the 4th of October. If you're in the area, come and pop down. Not only will you have the opportunity to explore the trunk, but you will also be able to enjoy the rest of the amazing event.

Thursday 25 September and Friday 26 September, this mesmerising experience at Royal Victoria Dock will feature fire, sounds, music and stories from around the docks to reflect on memories of the past and hopes for Royal Docks’ future.
