FIT & FUN FIT & FUN - Personal Training, Self Defense classes & First Aid training Hi! I am Omar! I have always been a fanatic of music and fitness.

When I was a little boy I used to dance Professional Acrobatic Rock and Roll, spinning my dancing partner on top of my head and in between my legs. I appeared n TV and took part in many competitions and I won several medals and trophies. I then took on Martial Arts in 2006 and currently hold a Black Belt in Jujitsu and training for my 2nd Dan while being a Club Coach and Instructor. I also teach and use Martial Arts weapons like Nunchaku, Sai, Kama, Bo staff, Tonfa and Katana (Japanese samurai sword), baton and training knife. I have attended many International Competitions and won few golds and bronze medals in Self Defense and Kata. Martial art is a great discipline and keeps me fit while mentally sharp. Getting my black belt was the hardest thing I put my body through and it required lots of dedication and mental strength too. This is to say that if you are serious about something (like getting fit) anything is possible and sky is the limit, I will be there with you to help you achieving your goals. I understand how hard it is to lose weight as I used to be very overweight until I realised that Nutrition and Exercise needs to go together! I have now lost over 6 stone and and I want to help my clients to realise that changes can be made!!! I want to have fun with other people while helping them getting fit.
