25 December 2025: No breakfast or lunch - but still a big plate for dinner. A much healthier Christmas ๐dinner this year. A relatively small amount of roast lamb & Salmon, rice & peas, roast potatoes (oh dear done in goose fat), with lots of veg ... gravy yet to be added. All washed down with rum laced sorrel and red wine (Malbec).
The best part was that I only had to cook the rice & peas (using coconut oil, thyme, sea-salt and one small scotch-bonnet pepper).
Later there was shop-bought apple pie and custard and a few brandies and coke ๐
