Kevin George is an Author and a Clinical Consultant that specialises in Emotional literacy. Working with people one-to-one (over Zoom) and in groups.
This page will show a wide range of behavioural strategies and achievements, ways people achieve excellence and ways people hold themselves back from achieving excellence. Because Kevin George specialises in Professional Football, Health and Education topics will mainly focus within those arenas. However, behaviour is behaviour so posts will also be about other topics.

Kevin George grew up in South East London, Lewisham Borough, spending most of his childhood on the streets playing football.
Kevin spent eight years as a Professional Footballer, for Premier League clubs such as West Ham United and Charlton Athletic FC.
After football, Kevin took to life on screen. Featuring in films, programmes and commercials across the globe, for the likes of Nike, Coca Cola and Walkers Crisps. During this time he body doubled and worked alongside Cristiano Ronaldo, Thierry Henry and John Abrahams. Kevin's last roles in TV was as Durant Thomas on Sky One’s Dream Team and Carlos Vieira in Shoot on Site, before he set upon his journey into human behaviour.
Whilst studying Counselling and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Kevin began to deliver behaviour therapy in schools. Progressing onto managing counselling projects in schools, active citizenship & enterprise programs in Pupil Referral Units, providing outreach to families and facilitate international programs in partnership with the British Council.
The more time he spent working within communities, the more he learned about the problem communities share. Trauma and a lack of emotional literacy blocked academic, psychological, social and emotional development. By this time Kevin had become a Clinical Consultant.
In 2015, he began to deliver emotional literacy specific courses. Courses that helped participants to understand and manage their feelings, sit with uncomfortable feelings, empathise with others regardless of whether it conflicted with own feelings and connecting all together as part of emotional interactivity. The program became an instant success in prisons, in the corporate world, in schools nationally and across the Premier League.
Due to the success of the program in football, Kevin created a football specific program, Soccology. In 2018, he developed the Soccology service into a book and became a published Author. Using football as a medium to delve into social exclusion, the affects of culture, mental health and the psycho-emotional elements of football. Kevin spoke to Professional Footballer’s around the world, a Psychophysicist and a Senior Partner from KPMG to create the body of work that would go onto be an Amazon number one best seller, have translation rights purchased in Korea, Audible acquiring audio rights and launching at Waterstones in London
Kevin is a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), the Professional Footballer’s Association (PFA), Association of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ANLP) and Association of Corporate Governance Practitioners (ACGP). He is frequent guest on international media platforms to speak and write about all things human behaviour.
Kevin’s values for delivery has created a name for creating curiosity, high engagement and achieving objectives.
In 2020, aside from his program delivery, Kevin hopes to finish writing his second book and start his journey into studying neuropsychology
