I’m not the best at blowing my own trumpet but over 200 5 star reviews is a MASSIVE achievement. I usually just skim the reviews to see if I need to make any adjustments as I feel like they are for potential clients not me. Reading how my work is impacting people is pretty amazing and also when class attendees send picture updates proper warms my heart. There are a few changes that have been happening at Untype and a couple more to come. While social media has really helped, it doesn’t allow for the depth or openness needed to really talk about hair loss. Also chasing the algorithm is hard work. While I will still be posting, I want to focus more over on the website. I have been trying to make a forum to allow for us to really connect. If you are not already, sign up to the mailing list where all the news drops first. I won’t spam you I promise!
