I'm an ever curious mover passionate about helping people feel & move more comfortably in their own skins. I have a fully equipped Studio in Kensal Green.

I teach classes in person,online as well as a membership library (new classes added monthly) My fully equipped Studio for 1-1's is in Kensal Green, London. Classes are run in person & virtually.
