Shield Your Energy, Protect Your Peace

Your energy is your life force and not everyone or everything is worthy of accessing it.

Shielding is a conscious practice of protecting your energy from negativity, drama, and emotional overload. It’s especially important if you’re an empath, sensitive to your environment, or someone who gives a lot to others.

When you don’t shield your energy, you might absorb other people’s stress, feel drained for no reason, or lose connection with your own emotions.

Energetic shielding is not about fear it’s about empowerment.
It’s saying: “I choose what I allow into my space.”

Some ways to shield your energy:
• Visualize a protective light or bubble around you
• Ground yourself through breath, nature, or meditation
