We get asked this a lot - can you have Morpheus8 in the summer?
The answer is, yes - with the right care.

Morpheus8 is one of our go-to treatments for smoother, firmer skin, all year round. But in warmer months, a little extra aftercare goes a long way, to allow your skin to heal.

Here’s how to stay protected post-treatment:
✔️ Avoid direct sun for 5–7 days
✔️ Wear SPF 50 every day (and reapply!)
✔️ Pause intense heat + workouts for 48 hours
✔️ Keep skincare simple, soothing, and hydrating

And if you're planning a holiday or event, we would advise you to book at least 3–4 weeks ahead for optimal results.
