Facial feminisation Surgery is a series of plastic surgery and craniomaxillofacial surgery procedures that soften the facial features, making them more feminine.

Straight from the operating room, Dr Ivo explains how he plans to carry out brow bone reduction on one of his patients.

Access to the frontal bone was gained through a bicoronal incision. Using a combination of a set back technique with burring, the brow area was made less prominent, thereby feminising the patient’s face.
