Please welcome Nyona Reehal to the LSTT team. Nyona qualified from The School of Natural Therapies in 2019 and is currently training to be a Sports Therapist.

Nyona will be available in our Bromley location between:

Tuesday: 15:00 - 19:00
Wednesday: 10:00 - 19:00
Friday: 15:00 - 19:00

"I have been a trained massage therapist since 2019 and am currently studying BSc (hons) Sports therapy at university.

I offer a range of different treatments including holistic massage, Deep tissue massage and sports massage.

My aim as a massage therapist is to work on easing muscular tension, encouraging relaxation and reducing stress in the mind and body.

People often beleive deep tissue massage should be painful, however very much disagree! I work on the deeper muscles with a range of techniques that aim to release tension without any pain.

I look forward to treating and meeting you in the future."

We are very excited to announce that we are opening a second venue in South London. Our new venue will be located in Bromley in the MyTime Active Gym in The Pavilion.

Thank you to everyone who has entrusted us with your wellbeing over the last few years. You have enabled this to happen.

Greg will be starting there on Thursday’s and some Saturdays and we are looking at placing 2 new therapists in there over the next 2 weeks to offer more days throughout the week.

Look out for opening promotions for the Bromley venue over the next few weeks.
