My Story...
My name is Nick Bullock, and I’ve helped many people with their anxiety, moving forward from low moods, improving sleep patterns, losing weight, conquering phobias or fears such as flying, and just generally to feel more confident, motivated and happy.
Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy was born largely out of Neuro-Scientific outcomes; it involves positive reinforcement and confidence building which results in progressive, positive behavioural change.
By working through a clear and simple understanding of why you can have feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, fear and doubt in many situations, you can begin to understand the true reasons for many of these negative feelings that can take over your life. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy creates simple brain exercises that establish positive re-enforcement and by setting steps towards progressive outcomes you will begin to move forward, and away from those negative feelings that are holding you back in your life.
With the additional powerful benefit of hypnosis, bedding in all the learnings from your sessions and expanding your capabilities of deep relaxation, hypnotherapy helps to re-programme your mind (Neuroplasticity), in a brief period of time in order for you to move forward, and go on living the life you wish for.
