The Aesthetic Fitness Studio is a private gym based in Streatham Common SW16 it opened in September 2014 as a one to one Personal Training Studio For the first four years i concentrated on fitness and weight loss clients until i decided to add Contest Prep Coaching as a Specialisation. Soon Team AFS was created and over the last few years i have had many clients winning fitness and bodybuilding shows from different federations. I now focus on bodytransformation clients as well as Contest Prep Clients. As well as this i am an experienced Sports Massage Therapist and offer Sports Massage Dry Needling and Cupping to my services. Here is one if this years first transformations from who finished a short gaining phase from last year on 89kg his prep was only 3 months for his first show where he became 2 x pro with a stage weight of around 77kgs.

Here is on his second outing of the season taking 4th place in an absolutely stacked Natural Show. Taha went on to place 4th at the Universe which was very respectable for your first season.

We are looking to make improvements for the back end of the year but biggest improvements will be made the following year with a full off season.

Good to see first ever Men’s Fit Model class taking shape and succeeding at the English Grand Prix.

Although I’m from an old school background i can see the reason for this class now crossing over from fitness to bodybuilding shows.

When i competed there was only bodybuilding for men and women and no other choice. Now we have so many classes everyone to chance to compete and go for the look they aspire to.

Since the inclusion of Classic, Bikini , Men’s Physique and Wellness it has been great to see the expansion of fitness and bodybuilding in the UK and around the world.

If there was no men’s physique i’d be unemployed - probably that’s why i have embraced the changes 🤣

The Summer heat was turned up outside and on stage today for who took home First and Second today at the English Grand Prix in Leicester.

The first was for Novice Physique and he also acquitted himself well in their first ever Men’s Fit Model Class narrowly missing out on a second first.

Congratulations to for really treating the athletes so well with their amazing bespoke trophies, jackets for the winners, competitor t shirts and many more sponsors prizes.

Thanks to for my VIP wristband today - I wasn’t expecting that :)

We will be deciding in the next couple of days whether to compete again this year and if not we will go into a much longer gaining phase to be ready for next year.

Definitely we are happy with how things have gone so far 🙌🏻🚀💯

Why train at a studio rather than a commercial gym ?

No Waiting For Equipment.

Supersets Can Be Done Easily.

No other people its’s your personal Space.

Good for beginners and confidence building.

Good for athletes for check ins, more intense workouts, no distractions no waiting and video footage and also make sure on target 🎯

For beginners and one to one PT i definitely recommend a studio over a commercial gym.

For athletes i recommend at least twice a month to catch up with your coach.

managed to abracadabra 4 wins today and an overall sword at the Natural Championships in Sittingbourne today. After competing 5 times in 8 months Viktor is taking some well earned rest but will be back soon for some new Team AFS Challenges.

Congratulations and for completing back to back shows last weekend and this weekend.

James took first at the first timers show last weekend in Mens Physique Short and backed that up by taking 3rd at the Universe- not bad for second ever show.

Taha was 4th last weekend in the first PCA Natural show of the year and backed that up with another 4th at the Universe.

Well done for competing on consecutive weeks - no easy task.

You are the first ever Team AFS Athletes to compete at this weekend’s Universe in Hull - one of the biggest UK bodybuilding shows of the year.

It’s also the first time we have entered an International Show with PCA.

Looking forward to see what we can achieve we know it will be an immense standard.

What a great day we had today for team members and who certainly conjured up a lot of magic and delivered some amazing results today.

Firstly Jester took his Pro Card winning 🥇 in Men’s Physique Over 35’s He also took Silver 🥈 in Fitness Over 35 and Bronze Medal 🥉 in Men’s Athletic

Victor was amazing once again bringing in his fantastic conditioning, he took 🥇 in both classes he entered. Mens Physique Open and Fitness Open and received 2 Pro Cards.

What a great day they had - definitely both will be back at a later stage in the Pro Categories.

Victor and Jester also are the first ever Pro Card Winners so we are super happy about that too :)

To celebrate our overall wins
Here are the Team AFS Athletes who have achieved that success.

Back in 2022 i had been coaching for about 3 years and was considering to finally enter some athletes into PCA ( previously to that i only entered athletes into beginners shows or where i felt my comfort zone was for some wins.

I used to be in awe of PCA and think i wasn’t good enough to coach athletes for that level.

During that year i had 2 athletes just starting out with great genetics and potential .pro and .s so decided to finally go for it and take the plunge.
Unfortunately it wasn’t to be that year,
but i decided from that year on i was going to go all in and put more athletes into this federation.

In 2023 we entered and to our delight took 2nd place 🥈 in our first PCA show.

The big confidence builder was with who not only won his class but took the overall in a First Timers Show.

Roll onto to 2025 and we have taken 5 overall wins and 1 Golden Sword Win as well as 2 PCA Pros

The moral of this story is to go for it - believe in yourself and get out of your comfort zone 🚀🔥
