The Aesthetic Fitness Studio is a private gym based in Streatham Common SW16 it opened in September 2014 as a one to one Personal Training Studio For the first four years i concentrated on fitness and weight loss clients until i decided to add Contest Prep Coaching as a Specialisation. Soon Team AFS was created and over the last few years i have had many clients winning fitness and bodybuilding shows from different federations. I now focus on bodytransformation clients as well as Contest Prep Clients. As well as this i am an experienced Sports Massage Therapist and offer Sports Massage Dry Needling and Cupping to my services. From 74.4 to 63.8 another incredible transformation. Don’t be deceived by being too low in weight - when you’re shredded can always look bigger. This first photo was the initial photo I received from when we decided to compete this year.

It was only when i met him in person that i realised what great potential he had.

We are two days out from his second show and we are already making plans for next year.

Dedication and hard work always wins through 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Thanks so much to and for these shots taken back stage directly after took the Pro title in Men’s Physique at this year’s British 🇬🇧 Finals in Telford. It was a great moment to get a shot with myself and the whole team.

Natural athlete in for check in today. We are working hard to bring the conditioning in for his first ever shows as we started slightly late.

You can see here he has great potential and shape with his 26 inch waist. This is also only after his second posing lesson. We are looking forward to the next 12 months ahead to see what we can achieve.

This was our third year at the British Finals 🇬🇧 and the first time we had 4 Team members competing.

We all had amazing experience in this high level competition and these are definitely the moments we work for.

If anyone is looking to join the Team please get in touch - next year the goal is to have even more Team Members battling it out on the biggest UK stage.
