Welcome to my practice! — I am a London-based yoga teacher. After 15 years of practicing yoga I qualified as an instructor in 2022 in order to go deeper into my own understanding of the ancient practice of yoga and build a community of like-minded yogis.
I grew up in the States playing competitive tennis, running marathons and riding horses and turned to yoga when recovering from an injury. Yoga not only helped me recover from my injury, it became a way of life and I am passionate about sharing my love of yoga with others.
My style is vinyasa flow, which emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by the breath. Vinyasa practice is a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.
I am available for private and group classes as well as workplace yoga. My small group classes are held on Sundays from 5 pm to 6 pm at 13 Heath Street Yoga Studio in Hampstead.
Private classes can be arranged in your home, and workplace yoga can be carried out in your office, subject to company policy. As a practicing lawyer I am well aware of the stress the workplace puts on our body and minds. I can tailor workplace sessions to provide relief from the tension.
