Waltham Forest Hearing Voices Group

Waltham Forest Hearing Voices Group We are a peer support group for people who hear voices in the London Borough of Waltham Forest

This page is dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health. We believe that no one should be treated differently because of a mental health problem and no one should feel isolated in anyway. The Waltham Forest Hearing Voices Group provides a friendly and supportive space for other voice hearers to share ideas and chat about their experiences. It's strictly confidential and no one should live in fear of their mental illness. Occasionally as a group we visit different places around London sometimes based on hearing voices and other times just a visit to a place we can all relax and socialise. Hearing voices can be a very upsetting experience for many people and the Waltham Forest Hearing Voices Group's aim is to try prevent social isolation and promote recovery.
