Out with the old, in with the new!
You may have noticed that Peter Phelps, South Woodford has become Peter Phelps, Wanstead, moving to fabulous new premises at Wanstead Mental Health Clinic, 11-13 Cambridge Park.

It was great to be there at the opening on Friday, and I’m looking forward to seeing clients there on Wednesday, in this beautiful room overlooking Wanstead Green.

Bye bye No.10 🥹
After 20 years at The Shrubberies, I’m moving to new premises in Wanstead. I’ll miss this place, the friendships I’ve made here, the shops and cafes in George Lane, and the many naps I’ve taken on that sofa between clients. (Don’t tell anyone!)
thanks for the memories, onwards and upwards to pastures new. All things must change. I’m sure there are other cliches I haven’t thought of..

Every month, TherapEast hosts FREE, online mental health events for local people.

This one is on managing stress - a workshop on meditation, mindfulness and self-compassion, including breathwork, with the amazing Aditi Bhalla, Psychotherapist, Reiki and Crystal Healer. It's this coming Wednesday evening, at 7.30pm on zoom, it's free to join but places are limited so you need to book via the link.
