My Yoga Journey
I have been learning Yoga since the mid 90s. We have been navigating together through the ups and downs of life since. I feel honoured to have discovered this ancient discipline which I love to humbly share with you some of the many teachings and benefits I have received from.
Since I have been qualified 200hours Yoga Alliance Teacher, fully insured and First Aid, in 2014, my knowledge and practice have evolved and evolving everyday. I am now studying for further 300 hours with Aditya Yoga School of London, going even deeper into then never imagine. I am so thankful to all my teachers that supported me so far but a special thank go to my current teacher Alessandra, whose dedication, knowledge, wisdom and beauty have been my guide since 2016.
My vinyasa flow yoga classes are highly transformative, nourishing, distressing and energetic. Suitable for everyone and every bodies.
Movement and breath when synchronised help to calm and focus the mind, while oxygenating the different parts of all our body. The asanas tone the body, making it strong and flexible.
