Growing a business isn’t just about strategy, systems, or skills.

It’s about how you respond emotionally to uncertainty, pressure, setbacks, visibility, and growth.

When your nervous system is overwhelmed, you might notice:
• procrastination
• avoidance
• perfectionism
• self-doubt
• exhaustion
• inconsistency

Not because something is wrong with you — but because your system needs regulation, not more pressure.

You don’t need to eliminate challenges to succeed in business.

You need the capacity to meet them with steadiness, self-trust, and support.

Your nervous system is part of your business strategy.

Female Founders!!

I don’t know about you but I want 2026 to be a really good year in my business!!!

Last year went by like a whirlwind and was great in many ways and not so great in others!

2025 was the year of the snake, so lots of releasing what we no longer want or need!

2026 is the year of the horse which is much more about forward action!

I want to make the most of this energy and create some real momentum in my business.

Our subconscious minds are so powerful and they often run the show, without us even being aware of it a lot of the time.

We don’t fail to achieve goals because we lack motivation or because we’re too short on time or because we don’t know what to do — we often fail because our subconscious isn’t on board.

In the subconscious we may be holding any of these common blocks:

• Fear of visibility
• Perfectionism
• Money blocks
• Fear of success
• Fear of failure
• Imposter syndrome

The subconscious mind wants to keep us safe and doesn’t like unfamiliar situations because of this!

So it can sabotage our actions and cause procrastination and struggles with being consistent, because it believes it’s safer for us to stay just as we are

…it doesn’t matter how good our plan is or how much time we’ve have blocked out to do the stuff!

The subconscious always wins. It’s simply the way we’re wired.

We’re wired for safety not for success! Once we’re aware of this we can rewire for safety IN success.

Inside my Q1 ManifestAction Challenge, we use weekly hypnosis and tapping sessions to clear these blocks so action becomes easier — even natural.

It used to be just me, my laptop, and a long list of dreams.

And I found it hard to actually complete stuff!

Once I learned how to combine subconscious work, strategy, and guided implementation… everything changed.

I completed new offers, wrote my first book and I felt AMAZING!

So many female founders tell me they feel the same, quite overwhelmed and also quite alone on the journey of entrepreneurship!

The 6-step framework I use to help female founders and entrepreneurs achieve their goals more easily:

I call it SPRINT.

S – Specify the ONE meaningful goal.

P – Plan every step clearly.

R – Rehearse the identity of the woman who has already achieved it (yes, your subconscious matters).

I – Implement consistently with accountability.

N – Notice what’s working + what needs adjusting.

T – Take a break & Celebrate! Rest and time out is an important part of this process!

This method isn’t about hustle.

It’s about alignment, clarity, organised calm action and support.

We’ll be using SPRINT inside my Q1 ManifestAction Challenge starting iin January.

One goal wins every time!!

Because trying to achieve too many things in one go causes a scattered feeling!

And feeling scattered creates overwhelm!

And overwhelm will either stop you (make you want to throw everything up in the air and your computer out of the window 😬!)

Or it will cause burnout!!

Either way we’re not making progress

Focus creates results!

The secret is to choose the right thing to focus on and just do the right thing consistently!

That’s sustainable too!
