The Sole Garden Reflexology Providing holistic Reflexology, Reiki and Indian head massage based in West Wickham 🙏 Our lives can be hectic and stressful.

Switching off and re-setting ourselves can be difficult. Reflexology is about time for you - to naturally reduce stress, re-balance and to have a restorative effect. My treatment space is calm and relaxing and my intention is to encourage healing. I offer Reflexology treatments to adults and children and am based in West Wickham. Reflexology is the gentle, non invasive technique of applying gentle pressure to reflex points on the feet or hands, to stimulate the body's own healing processes and bring about a deep state of relaxation. Price:
1 hour treatment is £40
Children/young adults price ranges from £12.50 - £20 depending on duration of treatment. About Me:
I was a Registered Nurse for 15 years and became a Reflexologist to help give additional complimentary support to my daughter with Cystic Fibrosis, which has helped her physically, mentally and emotionally. I have a particular interest in helping people to manage the symptoms of stress and anxiety. I have treated many children with these issues too, including social anxiety, exam stress and coping with bereavement. Children have found they feel more relaxed both immediately after having a reflexology treatment and longer term.

My ‘Well-being through art and nature’ is a creative 2 hour workshop of semi guided practices using paint, oil pastels and collage techniques.
The emphasis is on mindful self expression and play, through art, using nature as our inspiration.
