I always enjoy learning new skills and new ways of working with people, so I was excited to have the opportunity to learn how to use CBH (Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy ) to treat IBS.

IBS is a debilitating condition, that can have a really adverse affect on people’s quality of life.

It’s also a condition that people often don’t talk about much , as it is fraught with embarrassment.

The good news is that CBH can be a really effective treatment which can greatly reduce symptoms and improve life quality.

I’m looking forward to being able to help a whole new group of people! 😊

Self-care Monday

This morning I was fortunate to have time for a run in a local park, quick shower then coffee at my favourite cafe. It’s just about warm enough to sit outside!

Now feeling relaxed and energised, ready for my first client of the day 😊

It’s a small world!

By chance I ran into the mother of a young person I treated for a needle phobia a couple of years ago.

He had been refusing to have treatment he needed as he was so anxious about needles, he wouldn’t even go into the clinic.

She told me he was able to have his blood tests and injections with minimal fuss, and was no longer so fearful. He was able to get the treatment he needed 😊

It was great to hear that I’d been able to help him!
