Welcome to my yoga page! I am a passionate yogi and qualified yoga teacher based in south west London. "Atha yoga anushasanam" - 'now the practice of yoga begins' or as Judith Hanson Lasater likes to say, 'now the yoga is given or shared' (From Patanjali's Yoga Sutra I.I) This page is a place to share yoga practices. I teach a mindful Hatha vinyasa flow yoga, pregnancy yoga and a gentle flow. Sessions include yoga asana (postures) with assists, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and guided relaxation. With some yoga philosophy and background woven in.
