I am a Somatic Movement educator & therapist, Craniosacral therapist and Pilates teacher based in Islington, London. While we all love to live our lives to the full, sometimes we notice knots and pains physically and/or emotionally that stop us doing so. How can we untangle the knots, release the pains and regain the flow? Our bodies are intimately united with the mind, emotions and spirit. How do

If you would like to be in touch with your inner world through movement and to explore your relationship with others and the world, Authentic Movement can offer so much. The practice offers a solid container for you to shed your armouring layers and see more clearly what you are holding and what touches your heart.

Authentic Movement has grown and nourished me so much over the past decade, and I feel privileged to offer this practice to others. In my opinion, this is the ultimate somatic and embodiment practice!

Authentic Movement Summer Retreat in Norfolk, UK
10-12 July 2026

Let’s immerse ourselves in the practice of Authentic Movement for three days, away from usual busyness. In the quiet space near ancient woods, each of us listens deeply to their inner world while being with others in the group.

Co-taught by Melanie Willsher and Katsura Isobe.
All levels of experience are welcome, including those new to this practice.
