Strength Workshop x Launch Party for by
I was pretty scared going in, didn't know what to expect and I never work out in a gym environment.
But we did a generous mobility warm up on the floor and travelling.
Then worked in partners which was really motivating and less intimidating.
It was great to cheer my partner on and have that reflected back.
As it went, I made my first attempt at a barbell deadlift and it went well so I even doubled weights.
Not bad for a 2 hour workshop.
