Strength Workshop x Launch Party for by

I was pretty scared going in, didn't know what to expect and I never work out in a gym environment.

But we did a generous mobility warm up on the floor and travelling.

Then worked in partners which was really motivating and less intimidating.
It was great to cheer my partner on and have that reflected back.

As it went, I made my first attempt at a barbell deadlift and it went well so I even doubled weights.

Not bad for a 2 hour workshop.

Magical London Moments ✨

Totally stumbled into such a brilliant and unique London experience today.

Getting to ride on these vintage buses was wonderful.

Everyone on board was buzzing with excitement at the wonder of it all.

While on board we kept seeing others passing.

It was a bumpy ride though on the London potholes so I'm appreciating the modern ones we have now for sure.

But was lovely to take a trip to the past with the routemasters.

I love a toe sock and when it comes to picking grip socks for reformer class and every day wear, it's toe socks for me, all day every day unless they're in the laundry.

Have you even tried toe socks?

It might change your life 😏

I love these grip toe socks. The pattern on them gives great grip and they're super comfortable for all day wear.

I've been wearing mine almost exclusively for two weeks now with zero regrets.

Slide 1 - Beg (can modify to hip-width)
Slide 2 - Int
Slide 3 - Adv

This footwork series will fire up your superficial and deep calf muscles (gastroc, soleus, plantaris, ), your fibulari/peronneals (side calves), your short and long toe flexors and extensors and deep foot and calf muscles.

It will challenge your foot and ankle stability.

It will challenge your hip, pelvis and lumbar stability.

It will challenge your breath 🫁 keep it flowing, don't hold it.

Switch out the β­• springs for lighter springs for less stability challenge and more mobility flow.
