We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming back the incredibly talented 🎤 Harry Kersley for a stunning tenor opera performance today!

His voice filled the room with peace and joy you could feel the calm and happiness all around ✨🎶

Our residents were truly touched by the performance, and we’re so thankful to Harry for sharing his amazing gift with us. We can’t wait to have him back again! 👏🎵💖

His guitar skills 🎸 alongside his smooth voice 🎤 paired perfectly with the Italian music 🇮🇹 he had prepared for us.

Our residents are loving every session with him ❤️ and can’t wait to have him again. 😊

🌍 No passport required Camilo brings the world straight to The Highgate Care Home! ✨🎶

Today, he was joined by his talented colleague Randi, and together they treated us to a beautiful mix of duets and solo performances. From heartfelt harmonies to stirring solos, their voices filled the room and the hearts of our residents.

With music spanning five languages, from classical pieces and South American folk to timeless favourites and a touch of Greek charm, every song was met with smiles and toe taps.

A truly magical afternoon that left everyone beaming residents! 💖

🎉🎂 Happy 79th Birthday, Peter! 🎂🎉

Today we celebrated Peter’s 79th birthday in style here at Highgate Care Home! His room was beautifully decorated with a bright birthday banner and cheerful balloons to make the day extra special. 🥳

We all came together to sing him a big, heartfelt “Happy Birthday,” and Peter was all smiles as he enjoyed every moment. 💛 The celebration wouldn’t be complete without cake – and what a lovely cake it was! Decorated to perfection and just as delicious as it looked. 🍰✨

It was a beautiful afternoon filled with laughter, warmth, and joy. Here’s to many more happy birthdays, Peter! 🥂🎈

🖍️🌿 Creative Time in the Garden 🌞✨

This afternoon, one of our residents enjoyed a calm and relaxing one-to-one drawing and colouring session in the garden. We found a lovely shaded spot where she could get creative while staying cool and comfortable in the fresh air.

With coloured pencils in hand, she brought her ideas to life on paper as we chatted and enjoyed the peaceful outdoor setting. A simple, joyful moment filled with creativity, connection, and care 💛🎨🌼
