On September 23rd, Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal will officially open the FREE Inside Out festival, which takes place in East London's Paternoster Square, by unveiling a giant, inflatable gut that shows exactly what's going on in one of the most important parts of our bodies.

The festival offers a week-long programme of free talks and events from the 22nd to 27th September, with talks by Dr Megan Rossi (PhD, RD) 'The Gut Health Doctor' and other significant voices in this area of health, with 20 high-profile medics, scientists, chefs and nutritionists speaking throughout the week.
