Core control class today for was gorgeous to watch the children stream down to their athletic class while we parents emulated fitness to the offspring:) todays focus was on hamstrings, starting with foot mobility and intrinsic foot muscle activation to promote the posterior chain activation. (Lots of toe wiggling and scrunching) followed by the mobility work the hips need for the hamstrings to function in their mid range without being tight and weak. We enhanced all our work with pelvic floor and lower abdominal muscle control and included some shoulder stability work to make this a full body workout in the sunshine. ☀️ enjoy your weekends one and all 🤸🏻🏃🏾💪🏼❤️🤩

PADOK Core Control. Glorious workout in the sun ☀️ teaching these lovely ladies. While the year 11’a started their biology exams in the sports hall we got to complete a fabulous repertoire of exercises that had some yoga stretches and a lot of running stretches. It felt like today needed stretches. Finished up with a hike into the woods with the 🐶’s for a natter before collecting the year 11’s
