10 years ago since this happened! Wow good luck to all the runners lining up today on the toughest road marathon. Its toughness is not the distance. That’s the same. The challenge is descending course that obliterates your eccentric loaders. Followed by a minimal climb .

A year ago today!

Core control class today for was gorgeous to watch the children stream down to their athletic class while we parents emulated fitness to the offspring:) todays focus was on hamstrings, starting with foot mobility and intrinsic foot muscle activation to promote the posterior chain activation. (Lots of toe wiggling and scrunching) followed by the mobility work the hips need for the hamstrings to function in their mid range without being tight and weak. We enhanced all our work with pelvic floor and lower abdominal muscle control and included some shoulder stability work to make this a full body workout in the sunshine. ☀️ enjoy your weekends one and all 🤸🏻🏃🏾💪🏼❤️🤩
