No detox. No punishment. Just this šŸ‘‡šŸ»

Last weekend we went to London to celebrate Dean’s birthday. Let’s just say no f*cks were given & I ate & drank exactly what I wanted. As it should be!

After an indulgent weekend, the instinct is usually to panic.

Cut calories.
Add loads of cardio.
Try to undo the damage & ā€˜sweat it out’

But I’ve learnt that only makes the whole process harder.

Instead, I just go straight back to my usual routine.

- Lifting weights 5 times
- Hitting my protein target daily
- Walking 70k steps across the week
- Back to my usual meals (nothing extreme)
- 2-3 litres of water daily
- Early nights to ensure a minimum of 7 hours sleep

Getting back on track shouldn’t feel like punishment.

It should just feel like returning to structure.

Structure beats punishment every time.

Starter - Beef Shin Ragu with Sourdough Bread & Cheddar Cheese.

Main - Chicken with mushroom, pancetta & mashed potato

Dessert - The Silver Cup Snickers Bar
(Had to put the picture of this first as this was the showstopper for me - it SLAPS!)

The women I want to help aren’t lazy.

They’re already committed.

They train consistently.
They show up.
They try to eat well.
They care.

And that’s why it’s so frustrating when their body doesn’t reflect their effort.

I know that position well.
I sat in it for years.

When you’re already doing a lot, the instinct is always:

Do more.
Push harder.
Be stricter.

But more effort isn’t the answer.

You don’t need another class.
You don’t need more cardio.
You don’t need to cut more food.

You need structure.

If you’re already committed but still frustrated, you don’t need to try harder.

You need a smarter plan.

And I work best with women who are ready to refine — not restart.

Intuitive eating is a skill.

And most women trying to lose fat haven’t built that skill yet.

I hadn’t.

I spent years overeating without even realising it.

I thought focusing on ā€˜eating healthy’ was enough.

But when fat loss is the goal, accuracy matters.

You wouldn’t save for a house without checking your bank balance.

You wouldn’t expect progress without seeing the numbers move.

Why are you treating fat loss differently?

Tracking isn’t obsessive. It’s educational.

And it’s not forever.

Once you understand portions, calories, and protein properly — THEN you can loosen the reins.

But skipping straight to ā€˜I’ll just eat intuitively’ is why so many women don’t get results.

Track first & Know your numbers.

Freedom will come later.

Saying it how it is šŸ‘‡šŸ»

I’m not here to perform, I’m here to coach.

I’m here because I want to help women who were in the exact position I was.

Training hard.
Trying everything.
Doing ā€˜everything right’
And still not having the body to match the effort.

I’ve done the twice-a-day sessions.
The endless cardio.
The no-carb phases.
The start-again-Monday cycle.

What changed everything wasn’t a hack.
It wasn’t a 6-week reset.

It was structure.
Protein.
Progressive overload.
Boundaries.
Consistency.

I’m not great at fancy edits or viral transitions. And honestly? I don’t want to be.

I’d rather show up as I am, tell the truth about what works, and coach women who are ready to stop starting over.

I’m interested in helping women build bodies — and habits — that actually last.

There’s only one thing I love more than food…

Surprise food!

On Sunday, Dean just casually said ā€˜let’s go out’. I assumed we would just be going for coffee somewhere but he drove us to London for The Ned’s Sunday Feast! šŸ˜‹

Quite possibly the best roast dinner I’ve ever had & as for dessert.. well there was so much choice I had to have 4 different things… TWICE! (Don’t judge! 🐷)

I’ve posted a bit about my dad since we lost him but it wouldn’t be to right not to give a little shoutout to my mum too.

I can’t even begin to imagine what it feels like losing your partner that you’ve been with since you were 14…
Yes 14 years old 🤯!!!

Some days are easier than others, of course, but she’s finding her own little way.

I honestly believe this was the turning point for me.

To put it bluntly, I started owning my decisions.

I stopped making excuses.

Them: Fancy going for a curry?

Me: Any chance we could go for coffee instead, only I’m locked in with my nutrition right now.

9 times out of 10 the response is yeh cool.

Previously I’d have made out I was busy & avoided meeting people altogether - just to avoid feeling awkward.

But the truth is:

People want your time, they just want to see you & don’t actually give a f*ck where you go or what you do!

(The right people that is!)

Be brave enough to choose yourself when it matters.

If everyone else is comfortable but you’re frustrated with your body, something has to change.

And it usually isn’t the plan!
